Choose Create | Web Page
Enter a page name in the field provided
Enter a page title in the field provided
Select the "Make this page the home page" box
Press TAB to move the cursor to the design area of the page
Enter text for the first line of your home page
Press Enter several times to move the cursor down the page
Enter the context of the home page
Click the Save Page button on the action bar
