From Overview of PET support for CMS Internal Briefing -- October 1998. by Wojtek Furmanski
We intend to demonstrate very preliminary version of Metacomputing CMS at SC98 this Nov including:
  • parallel CMS modules at Aberdeen, MD
  • ModSAF vehicles at Syracuse, NY
  • Visualization front-end at Orlando, FL (SC98 venue)
Our front-end under development includes:
  • PDU reader and parser
  • ModSAF terrain CTDB => Direct3D converter
  • Simple 3D representation of vehicles, terrain and minefields
