2 Windows 95 and Windows NT have a different architecture for the kernel device drivers which are required for NFS server and client.
3 Windows 95 supports the DOS File Allocation Table (FAT) file system which lacks access control. Many companies offer PC-NFS software for Widows 95
4 Widows NT supports both DOS FAT file system and its native NTFS file system. NTFS has access controls on directories and files.
