2 Data Link Layer:
  • TLAP - TokenTalk Link Access Protocol
  • ELAP - EtherTalk Link Access Protocol
  • LLAP - LocalTalk Link Access Protocol; uses CSMA/CA- collision avoidance
  • AARP - AppleTalk Address Resolution Protocol is included in LAP specification; it translates hardware addresses to AppleTalk addresses
