Devices
DTE - data terminal equipment (terminal, hosts)
DCE - data circuit terminating equipment (modems, switches)
PSE - packet switching exchange (switches)
PAD - packet assembler / disassembler (used between DTE and DCE when DTE is too simple to implement X.25 functionality)
