I am close to giving in. This would consist of a series of papers on various aspects of above. Could be either new research or review articles. I would therefore like to ask the GEM group the following question... How many of you would be interested in writing a paper for this volume? I think it might potentially be a fairly widely read book...inasmuch as previous books along this line have become highly cited...and the subject is pretty visible right now, what with GEM, SCEC, CERC, and so forth. I would appreciate an answer soon (~ days).
