So I don't think I got a great set of papers. The two 4.0's were good
but not so exciting. the rest rather wishy-washy --

Rather careless use of word "parallel computing"
for a system that appears to be designed for weakly
coupled components. Does not compare to systems like AVS
and WebFlow which appear better developed bboth in technology
and application requirements

we don't see compelling interest from users .....

Well known algorithm whose parallelism has been studied
at length many many years ago. I don't see what the new
idea is

Poor english and I did not see the key idea. Obvoiusly
Java threads need to be augmented and presumably
in different ways for different applications. I did not understand
where this work stood in a taxonomy of extensions

Not obviously novel but at least it is a real application
and so we can learn from real requirements applied to
"same old ideas" (this is why I rate higher than 9,10 which
might be technically superior
