XML: To get links to both the established W3C recommendation and the plan

WAI: The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are a recent accomplishment,
but the work is expanding and continuing and so once again the place to

XMI: Interesting candidate schema approach for XML from OMG.  Start at

IMS: Instructional Management System.  Standards proposal development in
