Well, we've been trying not to be too annoying, and also realized that with many people engaged with SC and Thanksgiving, nagging wasn't going to be too effective during the latter part of November. However, we are now dropping the "nice guys" facade and are going to start bugging you all like mad! We'll be sending more details over the next few days, but here in brief is the situation: * We have received roughly half of the chapters, the other half are promised "real soon now" with varying degrees of "real soon" but I believe in most cases this really does mean that they are more or less done. So we are a bit behind, but not too badly so. * What we propose we do is the following: send feedback on current drafts (where this has not been done) in the next day or two, and then establish December 20th as a cutoff for final versions of those drafts that we have already, and for high-quality drafts from those who have not submitted. We'll then perform more reviews, get feedback to people with late drafts, and aim for final submission of text to MKP by late January. So, note that if you have not submitted your draft, please do asap: this week is better than next! But December 20th is the cut-off: after that date we will just have to go without your chapter. Thanks to everyone who has been so good at submitting things on time; and to those who have not, we understand how hard this is to fit in, and are ready to help in any way we can with this final push.
