It desperately needs to be set aside for a week, and then read and edited with a fresh point of view. Hopefully, people do not object to my style of annotated bibliography - it is part of the strategy to let both those familiar ,and not so familiar, with Grids read the paper and not get caught up in too much or too little detail. I don't know what the process is from this point on, but I hope that I get one more opportunity to edit the chapter.
