I would be very keen to continue the tradition of publishing the best EuroPar paper in a special issue of Concuurency & Computation: Practice & Experience (note slightly new name). Please can you liase with Juri Papay at Southampton concerning publication details? Basically I expect that you (and others from the EuroPar2002 Committee?) would be the editors of this Special Issue and organize with Juri's help as necessary the refereeing. One tactic is to use your author set as a basic set of referees but Juri can help provide others if necessary. We require at least 2 referees reports per paper which should come to you for editorial decisions. Please feel free to consult me or Geoffrey if there are problems you would like advice on! OK?
