Dear Professor Fox,
The authors of this paper are concerned that it has not yet been 
published.  I sent it by post to you and to John Wiley & Sons in Chichester 
on 4 December 2000.  You then emailed me to ask for an electronic copy, 
which I asked Dr Fahringer to send to you.  Can you please tell me what 
stage this paper is at?  It had been passed for publication by Professor 
hey and Dr Fahringer had completed the Transfer Agreement, which was posted 
to John Wiley last December, along with a copy of the manuscript.
