I commissioned a paper from DeRoure, Shadbolt and Jennings on the need for a Semantic Grid. I suggested that they submit to CCP&E. Can you act appropriately - you should have received it by now. I think it is an interesting exploration of some of the issues about higher level 'Grid services'. I also think it would interest our readers and increase our citation index! Over to you.
