This NRA can be found at the following location: http://research.hq.nasa.gov/code_y/nra/current/NRA-02-OES-04/index.html I am beginning the peer review process by setting up review panels to evaluate the proposals we receive, and I would like to ask for your assistance. We will have 4 review panels to evaluate proposals received in the four technology categories described in the NRA. They are: 1. On-Board Data Processing 2. Space Based Communication Networks 3. Mission Automation 4. High-end Computing Technologies for Modeling If you have an interest in helping us evaluate proposals received for this solicitation, please send me a short note indicating which panel you prefer. In order to participate in this evaluation, I need for you to have the time to read and evaluate no more than 6 proposals, and be able to attend the panel review sessions to be held on 7, 8 and 9 January 2003 in the Washington DC area. NASA will pay travel costs for all participants except for federal civil-service employees. If you are planning on submitting a proposal for this solicitation, let me know and I'll remove you from my list of potential reviewers. If you are not interested, there is no need to reply, except that you might receive another annoying note in a few days reminding you that we need help. Please let me know by Wednesday, 16 October if you will be able to participate. I look forward to hearing from you.
