I am confirming folks we had on the initial program. I am waiting to hear back from Hendricks and Hughes. Also have a message into Brad Meyers from CMU. 2. Weak response to the call for the phone call. So far I have heard from Geoffrey, Jim, Labedz, George Brett, Jerry,and Gordon. I'm going to talk with Don Mitchell tomorrow to see how his talks with Hughes have gone. Smarr also knows Hughes, he may be another alternative path. 3. We are working on the logistics here at NCSA. 4. Given the udpated date, I would suggest we rework the agenda to have a number of tutorial talks and some roundtables.
