Subject: Sub= mission for Grid2002 and Java Grande

Dear Manish and Jose:

My group at ANL has worked very very hard to meet the deadlines for=
JavaGrande and Grid2002. Unfortunately, we have not made the deadline,<= br> and anticipate two more days of work on two papers.

The first paper is a paper about

- How we used JXTA to design elementary Grid services

The second paper is about

- How we used web services to implement a collaborative
Chemistry application as part of a SciDAC project

I was wondering if it would be still possible to submit these paper= s on
Wednesday?

Additionally, I am not sure to which conference the papers should b= e
submitted as both would certainly apply. My current thought would be (under the assumption that we still can submit) to send the

Chemistry paper to Grid2002 and the JXTA paper to Java Grande.

The reason for delay is that DOE has a SciDAC meeting at ANL today = and
tomorrow for which we had to finish the programming to be able to show = a
demo on this work.

Oh well, and I just noticed there went another night ;-)

Gregor
