However, the government has determined we must due develop three memorandums of agreement with HPTi to determine who will provide what support for EOTC, OKC, and CDLT. A glaring example of not having an agreement is the administrative support for summer interns at ARL. Interns fall under the broad EOTC heading therefore are on the MOS contract not the HPTi contract to support. If ARL hosts > six interns the badging, accounting, and routine local support becomes sufficiently involved that HPTi no longer is willing to "donate" their time and want to be reimbursed. We have the same sort of challenge with respect to CDLT. When HPTi selects the CDLT technology they expect to field they want the on-site technologist to provide local support. MOS believes CDLT support should be the responsibility of HPTi in the same way as they believe EOTC support is ours. Thus, we are at an impasse without MOAs covering our respective roles. What we need from you are descriptions of the tasks both the OKC FAPOC (and your staff) and local technologists are required to perform for OKC, a definition of the specific duties, and responsibilities for support so we can then develop the OKC support MOA. Please send your draft to me not later than COB 6 Feb.
