Request that only the principals have a conference call in the immediate future to decide whether or not the proposal goes forward and how. Right now, with the present discussions and confusion, it does not seem appropriate to do so. It appears that we need to establish some immediate ground rules and get everyone on the same page before we go any further. This will be the only way that i can offer any support to moving forward. I hope that we can agree to address these issues within the immediate future. Very uncomfortable with the way things are going. Things are too arbitrary and their seems to be a great deal of confusion. All the issues and concerns need to be readily, openly and immediately put on the table so that whether or not we go forward in this or another context is resolved.
