Please confirm this. Answering your question about credit hours: First, we are calculating how many credits each student needs to finish their Ph.D. Second, for immigration purposes, students need to take a minimum of 9 credit hours in the spring semester and 9 credit hours in the fall semester. However, in the semester in which the students are finishing up the required minimum number of credits (minimum of 90 credits for CIS, minimum of 78 credits for CE), they can take less than 9 credits and be certified as full time. Therefore, as a consequence of this, when students finish all the course requirements for a Ph.D. degree, they register for '0' credits until they defend their dissertation but are considered full time for the purpose of immigration. We still need to know the exact period for which you want to support these students (January 1, 2002 through August 15, 2002?). Geoffrey,

Since we have many students with the last name of Wang, we just need to certify that your student named Wang is indeed Minjun Wang.  Please confirm this.

Answering your question about credit hours:

First, we are calculating how many credits each student needs to finish their Ph.D.

Carlos
