The $90 was "hard" so I used gift money
The rest is strasightforward but people in charge of this money are 
incredibly slow. In fact they informed us friday (over a month after I submitted request) that
you need  to sign some form or other. I assure you that you will get money
I can only apologize and note they treat me like this as well
(I got a complaint about paperwork for a trip I took in October
2 days ago )
I am very very sorry
