All students who can become eligible for Florida resident
tuition should apply now, for Fall 2002.

Everyone should also take a look at <A

see if you are eligible to apply for Florida Residency.

I mentioned in previous e-mails the avenue provided by the State of Florida
for international students to get out-of-state tuition waivers.  There
are a limited number of such waivers available, but it seems they are not
all being used, so I am encouraging all present CS students at FSU
who are eligible to apply for this program.  The deadline for
applications is 1 April, and replies will be given by 1 May.

I have posted the forms for Chinese students at

Other international students should look at

to see what other linkage institutes you can apply for.
