Well I fear this expertise disappeared with my webmaster at NPAC
who left last March for a job in Silicon Valley
I scanned emails he sent and saw no quantification of his actions
although he did tell them to me verbally -- I cannot remember!
I do know
a) He only played with material at "top of web page" and not with "content"
b) He changed his strategy with time to best reverse engineer robot strategy
I do have pages so I could look!

Here for example is " Main NPAC Education Page" with META tags optimized to respond to
queries like "distance education"
