The problem with the class he audited is that he already paid the bill for the class. There is no way for finance to reimburse for this class after it has been paid. That's why Therese was saying that you could reimburse him from either the Lilly money or from Indirect money. It would be a total of $75.00. I am working with finance to get the tuition for his Independent Study class paid on his current bill. But there isn't a way for them to cover the $75.00 he's already paid. Okay, I think I understand now what the problem is with Mehmet Aktas’ tuition reimbursement. The problem with the class he audited is that he already paid the bill for the class.
