Dear Sir,

John Yin is trying to put too much = pressure on me.=20 Since two months, he continuously tells me or emails me that I am bad = engineer=20 in every opportunity he gets. He see things totally with the prejudge he = got in=20 the past. (This prejudge is actually not realistic but it = raised.)

What is your suggestion on this = increasing=20 tension?
I am trying to improve things here even if I saw wrong = decisions=20 both in management and engineering aspects. However, anything I say = might be=20 understood wrong. I feel like I am being teased continuously. I do not = want to=20 response him directly before getting your suggestion.

I am willing to have good relations = with everybody.=20 Please help me. I am ready to do anything you like. I want to see a = trust=20 environment and big success of the company. I just want solutions = instead of=20 problems.

Thank you very = much,
Mehmet

P.S. If you may ask John the details, = he may=20 construct a logic for you that I am doing really badly. However, this is = not the=20 actual case.
I did not start weekly reports you previously = suggested=20 for the past, because
1) I did not see anybody is doing this, and = here nobody=20 asked to me to do so. I did not want to give impression that I am not = trusting=20 them and writing everything. What I see is that everybody get = assignments by=20 talk.
2) I already left "server lead" position. I believed that my=20 responsibilities are changed.
3) It may need extra time and effort in = this=20 fast-software development environment. Somehow, we need to build trust = to be=20 more productive.
4) I also afraid to give too much detail while I am=20 predicting very dynamic changes in short run (like week) with respect to = the=20 nature of project needs (especially XML one). If I make every details = open,=20 wrong directions might be enforced again without sufficient background, = (which I=20 observed.) and we may lose timeline again. It is very clear that I am = working on=20 that, and I did not miss any deadline until now. However, last weeks I = felt=20 increasing pressure, which decreases my motivation. Despite this, I = think that=20 we communicated with Ozgur well and improved a nice=20 project.
If  weekly = reports=20 will solve the problem, it is ok for me. I just do not understand why I = am=20 continuously blamed.
