It must be exciting to create a new lab and to explore in new research area. In May, I lost my job in Borland. I am wondering if you are hiring or if you know some opportunities around I have been working as software engineer since I left Syracuse. I gained experience in flexible Java system design and robust Java application building in these two years. I also researched new products and propose what new features should be developed in product, though the research is different from academic environment. In Borland, most of what I did was compiler-related. While in another company, I did web and database work. Though I prefer to work full time if you think I can fit into a position you have, it is also attractive to me to work toward my doctor degree in computer science under your supervise. With 3 credits left for course work and all qualifying exams done, I have maintained "Degree in progress" in Syracuse. Attached is my resume, if you think I may fit a position you have or you know some job leads, can you call me to (415) 596-8425 or email me to zheng_sean@yahoo.com? Thank you for your help.
