Please critique!!!

This documents activities I discussed with ARL over the last 3 weeks.
The first two are broad activities. The second two focussed efforts

1. (arl1.txt) Features of the Adelphi Technology Center (and its links to
   other parts of ARL)
   This currently involves FSU and ARL team:Moses. Wilkerson, Vines
   NCSA is a natural collaborator due the their experience with the
   Access Center in DC.
   I include here text of electronic mail I sent to Dr. Radhakrishnan
   
2. (arl2.txt) General Support of Interdisciplinary Applications; ARL ICE; portals
   This includes an earlier memo (arlswoma.doc) prepared by Chandra and Fox
   This should involve Chandra, Fox and Pierce at FSU; Clarke and Namburu
   at ARL.

3. Deployment of 2 Access Grid Sites; one at Adelphi, one at Aberdeen
   This should largely be NCSA interacting with ARL with co-ordination with
   FSU to agree with grand approach (project 1). See comments in arl1.txt
   
4. Early testing of the Gateway portal and Ansys
   This I believe is natural first deployment of Gateway at ARL as current
   Gateway supports Ansys through an FSU-NCSA collaboration
   I believe this involves Pierce at FSU (on-site at ASC) and Wilkerson at ARL
