Some general comments ******
1) Some capabilities unclear -- need to "boot" up with a "tutorial"
   in SD window 
2) One appears to able to run two servers with same ID off same JMS server
   This seems peculiar
3) framework produces malformed URL exceptions when initializing -- no obvious
   problems
4) Major event generator needs refinement -- should discuss
   Should always be a major event if switch sharedlet even if < 1 minute
   Major Event should be labelled with name of sharedlet starting -- of course
   better to get a better name but not easy for SD; can do for some shared export
   
Some recording/PDA comments ********
1) PDA should be able to distinguish messages and invoke SD or SVG automatically
   without explicit switching. Currently SVG message interferes with running SD
2) Batik browser should "dock" in same place whiteboard/SD do on client
3) PDA does not get "last" SVG picture if comes on line after PC chooses
   Typical latecomer problem -- need a general SD and SVG PDA latecomer strategy
4) ON PDA IM/chat, area where your message appears is covered by keyboard so
  you can't see what you type. I like to see what I type!
5) Playback -- progress meter for conversion is very misleading
6) Need a better Overall PDA Interface
7) Should be Able to zoom PDA image for SD or SVG; if PDA image > in size
   than PDA screen need to be to scroll
