Last night I did many things... First I dinned with the fairies They had many acres of food The golden apples were the best Better than gold, they were A left the feast on the back of a unicorn We soared over the forest and sees alike Over a giant's castle, it reached the clouds A site I will never forget, it was We landed outside a dwarf's cave He invited me to a seat and a tale He told me of his mighty grandfather The grandfather made a lake during a drought, he said I walked next to the place where elves sing The songs told of good times and good people More beautiful than bird nor the best made instrument with the best player Cheerful times when magic enhanced life the life of all, the songs sang of Then I lifted my golden wings and flew to the place of the little people We danced around the fire, a joyful madly filled the air I was swept away with the song, so nice it was Jumping, twirling, twisting, running: that's what we did When my limbs could move no more, I closed my eyes I came back from my adventure and my bed welcomed me home I was ready for sleeps sweet embrace, but I had to do one more thing I closed the book from which I had been readying and fell asleep
