Hi

I finally found some time to work on this.

I like to first draft up the "logic flow" in something like bullets and then write the words to support that logic flow. My first effort at combining material you sent with other stuff is attached.

Please add/edit or propose compete revision as you think is needed.

Will this writing approach work for you?
