Item 2 *************************** I don't know what this means -- I hope you do Not to Exceed Limit is $14560 (13 weeks) Item 3 ************************************************ I will ask Chung Item 4 ************************************************** Rate Analysis ------------- This expertise is typical of Professional Systems and Web Design As a staff appointment the salary range would be in $35K to $60K range depending on experience. This mainly comes from my experience at Syracuse University. I advertised such systems and web support positions at FSU for 4 months and got no qualified applicants 52 weeks at $28 hour is equivalent to $58240 salary This needs to be reduced by three factors 1) Paid holidays 2) Benefits 3) Staff are paid continuously whether or not job available 4) COnsultant provides all their own resources (computers etc.) These issues reduce effective salary to about $45K Item 5 ********************************************************* Please fedex (Michelle) to JJ
