Jr. Teacher AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") by and between American Computer Experience, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and the undersigned parties is entered into the 9 of May, 2001. The Company shall employ Pamela Fox ("Employee") as a Jr. Teacher (JT) at the Syracuse University location beginning 7/18/2001, 2001. The undersigned parties acknowledge and agree: (1) Employee shall be present on Company premises between the hours of 2:00 p.m. on Sunday and 4:00 p.m. on Friday of each week of Employee's employment with the Company (the "JT Hours"); (2) the Company shall be responsible for Employee during the JT Hours; (3) during that portion of the JT Hours that Employee is actually performing services for the Company, Employee shall be subject to the same supervision as other employees of the Company. During that portion of the JT Hours that Employee is not actually performing services for the Company, Employee shall be subject to the same supervision as campers; (4) Employee shall not perform services for the Company between the hours of 4:00 p.m. on Friday and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday of each week of Employee's employment with the Company (the "Non-Working Hours"); (5) the Company shall not provide supervision for Employee during the Non-Working Hours; (6) Employee shall not be permitted on Company premises during the Non-Working Hours; (7) the Company shall not be responsible for Employee during the Non-Working Hours, whether on or off Company premises; and (8) Employee's parent(s) and/or legal guardian shall be responsible for arranging Employee to be picked up from the Company premises at 4:00 p.m. on Friday and returned to the Company premises at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday of each week of Employee's employment with the Company. Employee's employment relationship with the Company is at-will. Employee may terminate Employee's employment with the Company at any time and for any reason whatsoever simply by notifying the Company. Likewise, the Company may terminate Employee's employment at any time with or without cause or advance notice. I understand if I make any changes to the contract the company will not be bound by the terms of this agreement.
