Attached is a DRAFT IE "participating site" summary document.  I'm not sure what it should be called (e.g. MOA, support summary, terms of engagement, etc). The goals of the document(s?) are 1) To inform participating sites of their involvement, roles and responsibilities, 2) Define GFE, GFS, GFI, hardware configuration, software configurations and operational requirements, 3) Negotiate terms/details of support,  and  4) Establish a memorandum of agreement.  It is a very rough draft.  Please read carefully and offer suggestions and corrections.
