I apologize for the delay in responding to you.
My son Oliver Fox had left the address you sent notice to.
The other charges from this medical emergency were sent on to Insurance Company

I must admit Insurance Company is very slow -- 
currently they want proff that Oliver was a student.
This I have sent them as soon as I got their request

I will of course pay all charges not covered by insurance
