As the newest addition to the RCI team, I will be helping manage the publications for RCI. I have inherited your research study on HPcc and all of its less-than-perfect history. I can only apologize for the way it has been handled in the past and look forward to completing this assignment. To help reach that final goal - publication - could you please help with the following: Is the information current? Have the products and technologies referred to in the research study remained the same? Is there a shorter version? I was told an 80-page version was available from you. In reading through the material, I had the feeling it might be the perfect opportunity for RCI to move its lengthier publications to CDROM. This would allow more space, true interactivity with the reader and be more cost-effective to create and distribute. Do you have any concerns about examining this as an alternative to a bound book? Please contact me as soon as is convenient. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
