We (Keshav and I) have almost re-wrote the paper and addressed all the suggestions and recommendations made by the referees. Specifically we: (1) explained much better and strengthened the justification of the DMCS system ---main concern of the Referee #1, (2) improved the performance evaluation section by modifying some of the tables and adding couple of graphs that better explain the overheads introduced by DMCS especially on the receive side ---suggestion made by Referee #2 (3) updated some of the references and added missing references from recent and active related projects ---recommendation made by all three Referees As the result the presentation of the paper is much better and the size of the paper has been reduced from 31 pages to 26 pages. Please download from: http://www.cs.wm.edu/~nikos/nikos_cpe_c499.tar.gz a tar-file with the latex file and all related figures. Thank you very much, Nikos -- Prof. Nikos P.
