Directory to index file negotiation

Overview
When this module is enabled and a request for a directory is made, the server will look inside the directory to try to find a suitable file to return to the client. The files looked for are called index files.

Configuration
The default index file list is made up of index.html, index.htm, index.shtml, index.cgi. The files are checked in the order which they are listed, giving index.html a higher priority than index.htm.

Additional filenames should be entered in the text box, separated from each other by commas ",".

Once complete click on the "Update" button to commit the changes.
