Files in this directory are what Joe returned after merging things together, plus a few simple changes I've already made at Joe's request. I've retained what everyone else wrote for comparison -- makes it easier to mesh our style & content with the others (though I haven't tried to get all of the formatting right in this conversion). I've marked our contributions, or places where perhaps need to make a contribution, in bold, with notes from me to you in italics. I would suggest that you take a look at our contributions and modify to suit or suggest modifications to me. I have made the directory writable. You can edit directly if you like (files are writable) or give me guidance on what you want & I'll do it. Previously, Joe sent this guidance: > So I'm sending, by the next three emails, three major sections that > I need you to look at: > > ORGANIZATION & APPROACH of the CEWES MSRC PET TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAMS > > This section is supposed to tell how the teams were organized and how they > operated (including relevant philosophy). > > YEAR 2 ACCOMPLISHMENTS > > This section is supposed to make all that the teams accomplished clearly > visible. > > CONTINUING VISION > > This section is supposed to say how we intend to move forward. > > I have done about all that I can to assemble the material you sent in into a > coherent presentation in these three sections. Now I need you to take a very > close look at your parts of these sections to see that they tell the story > completely and clearly. > > Also take a look at the stuff here from the others - nothing like a > little peer pressure. But I don't mean to try to match someone else in > length, because appropriate length varies widely across the teams. > > This is *very* important effort: be sure that your stuff tells the neutral > reader that you have done the money's worth. This PET Annual Report must > convince anyone that we have devilered on the PET funding - that it really is > producing vital stuff for DoD. > > Now one more thing: also look at the Focused Efforts that you sent in, to be > sure that they show what you accomplished in those specific projects. I cannot overemphasize the importance of this > report so hang in there with me on it.
