Files in this directory are what Joe returned after merging things
together, plus a few simple changes I've already made at Joe's
request.  

I've retained what everyone else wrote for comparison -- makes it
easier to mesh our style & content with the others (though I haven't
tried to get all of the formatting right in this conversion).  I've
marked our contributions, or places where perhaps need to make a
contribution, in bold, with notes from me to you in italics.

I would suggest that you take a look at our contributions and modify
to suit or suggest modifications to me.  I have made the directory
writable.
