Completely describe the project.

Project Deliverables

Completely describe all project deliverables and their due
dates.  Also, explain the milestones you expect to reach,
each quarter, along the way to the end goal.  We need this
to help us project the burn rate.  If you desire, you may
project the burn rate.  If you MicroSoft Project, please put
this information into this format.

Project Benefits

Describe, in detail, how this project benefits Researcher,
NAVO, the HPCM program, the DoD, and any other government
agency.  At the very least, this project must have a broad
benefit to the researchers that use HPC resources in the
field upon which this project concentrates.

Collaboration

Explain with whom you expect to collaborate and how this
collaboration will benefit the project.

Budget Justification

Fully explain all aspects of the budget.
