Formalities
All visits to NRL must be arranged in advance through David Bernholdt (bernhold@npac.syr.edu).
US citizens and permanent residents (green card holders) can get in easily
on short notice. Foreign nationals without green cards require several
weeks advance notice to obtain clearance.
Foreign nationals without green cards must carry their passports
at all times at NRL. Security has been known to deny access
to those without passports.
