Harbin Institute of Technology, PACT Group, China.

    Harbin Institute of Technology is among top 10 universities in China, while it's Computer Science Department is ranked the 5th in a recent evaluation.

    PArallel Computing Technology (PACT) laboratory, led by professor Binxing Fang, gathers 9 faculty members and 30 graduate students. We have esta-blished substantial col-laborative relationship with the PACT lab since 1995 in both scientific research and education areas.
