Jtest 4.1 - RELEASE Notes

* Jtest has now 253 static analysis rules

* Jtest is much faster if lots of classes/jars are in slow 
  network drives

* Automatic test cases with @pre violations for the tested method are
  not shown

* Better support for Servlets:
  - Servlet specific outcomes are automatically added to the Servlet
    test cases (i.e. servlet output).
  - 'init()' method always called before testing any method.
  - No null args generated for 'doGet()' and similar methods.

* Path to the JDK (1.3 or 1.2) installation is located automatically.

* Static analysis violation messages are shown in one line.

* String outcomes are no longer truncated

* '-ruledir' flag added to jtestgui command line arguments

* More IDE integration support:
  - JBuilder 4.0 and 5.0.
  - VisualAge 3.5, 3.5.3 and 4.0.
  - Jtest executes as a separate process instead of inside the IDE

* Most to the Project level Search Parameters are also now available 
  at the Global level. By default new Project tests inherit from the 
  Global parameters.

* Miscellaneous fixes.
