Interface java.rmi.registry.RegistryHandler

public interface RegistryHandler
RegistryHandler is used to interface to the private implementation.

Constructs and exports a Registry on the specified port. Deprecated.
o registryStub(String, int)
Returns a "stub" for contacting a remote registry on the specified host and port. Deprecated.

public abstract Registry registryStub(String host,
                                      int port) throws RemoteException, UnknownHostException
Note: registryStub() is deprecated. As of JDK 1.2, RMI no longer uses the RegistryHandler to obtain the registry's stub.

Returns a "stub" for contacting a remote registry on the specified host and port.

o registryImpl 
public abstract Registry registryImpl(int port) throws RemoteException
Note: registryImpl() is deprecated. As of JDK 1.2, RMI no longer uses the RegistryHandler to obtain the registry's implementation.

Constructs and exports a Registry on the specified port. The port must be non-zero.
