Geoffrey,
	
	As per the reviewer's comments I have significantly
	revised the original paper. As you said, they clearly
	"missed the point". So I reworked the abstract
	and intoduction. I added a figure and tried to stess
	that the "data hub" is a "back-end" service on
	the GRID. Hopefully, I justified this approach and
	made it clear enough without being overly redundant.

	Also, I addressed 90% of the other comments directly.
	Namely, mentioning all figures in the text, defining
	acronyms, providing a reference for SWIG, and quantified
	"enornous" ( actually changed it to "large" ( multi-Gigabyte )
	since the DOE guys would chuckle at calling that enormous !)
