1 C2 community has recently defined and published the requirements for the next generation of C2 systems (Rome Lab memos, DARPA RFPs).
2 We believe that the collaborative framework we are implementing is a legitimate and reasonable attempt to creatively address certain crucial technological goals of the C2 community.
