During Year 4, NPAC encourages anyone giving training to consider making it a distance training & will assist. Thanks to NPAC, OSC instructors are experienced Tango users and can offer their courses using Tango.

Lessons Learned will help contribute to guidelines for instructors, students, and support staff

These distance training exercises were relatively expensive, but show that approach can be made more routine -- especially w/ "experienced" support staff at all MSRCs
Coordinating training room & support staff schedules at recipient sites is perhaps the single hardest aspect of distance training :-)

"Direct to the desktop" delivery will be feasible, but will require good support network until users are more familiar with Tango or similar tools
