1 In order to protect signed scripts from tampering, Navigator 4.0 adds a new set of checks at the container level, where a container is a window or layer.
2 A script, which wants to access the properties of a signed container, should be signed by a superset of principals that signed the container.
3 If some scripts in a layer are signed by different principals, the special container checks apply to the layer.
