One reviewer was skeptical of the notion of cross-disability access
strategies.  For this reason I homed in a bit (in what I fed Gregg for the
Trace SOW and deliverables) on the work with Information Transaction
Machines and specifically the EZ Access(TM) interface methods that are in
the field in various applications including now voting machines.  The idea
is that we are porting the EZ Access(TM) techniques to Tango.
