Please note the following information:

                                         Wiley InterScience Account Activation

You will need the following information to activate your online account:

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

·    Your Customer ID and Administration Password.  They appear in the shaded area at the top of the cover page of this
packet, headed ?Welcome to Wiley InterScience.?

·    The IP addresses of the computers that are authorized to use Wiley InterScience.  You may enter up to 10 ranges of
Class C IP addresses on this form. If 10 Class C IP addresses do not meet your access needs, please contact Customer
Service at uscs-wis@wiley.com.  Access through the Wiley InterScience Basic License is restricted to a single site,
defined as a geographically contiguous office building or complex or campus location plus dial-in access via the
Licensee's secure network, identified by the Licensee's relevant Internet Protocol. Please see the Basic License at
www.interscience.wiley.com/access for further details.

To activate your account:

1.   Go to the Wiley InterScience Account Administration Page at  www.interscience.wiley.com/customer.html
2.   Enter your Customer ID and Administration Password, click Submit
3.   Read the Wiley InterScience Basic License  (to preview the Basic License before you activate your account, go to:
www.interscience.wiley.com/access)
4.   Click Agree
5.   Complete the Account Activation Form.  All fields must be filled in to activate your account.
6.   Click Activate Account

Once your account is activated you will have access to an Account Administration Page where you can request materials to
help you promote Wiley InterScience to your users. You can update your contact or IP address information at any time by
accessing your Account Administration Page at www.interscience.wiley.com/customer.html using your Customer ID and
Administration Password.

Attention:  Subscribers of the following journals:

Cancer
Computer Applications in Engineering Education
Concepts in Magnetic Resonance
Evolutionary Anthropology
Human Resource Management

You are eligible for on-line access through Wiley InterScience if you have paid for a 1999 or 2000 subscription to one
or more of these journals. However, due to a printing error, your subscription may not be indicated on the enclosed list
of journals.  We assure you that you will have access to these journals once you have activated your on-line account.
