	Is this an area with a lot of existing work we should mention
		If so what is it for both curriculum development and education research!
	Curricula seems safest focus as opposed to "NSF EHR" like educational
  	research as in schools of education
	This is potential weak point as organizations like www.cilt.org represent

Open Source for What?
	Proposal developed Curricula
	Also valuable for new fields like Computational Science
	Not good for base material as competitively valuable
	Given unclear we can drop this idea  for proposal
