This directory contains video sequences in concatenated yuv format.


File names are formatted the following way:

    <filename> -> <title><zsize>x<ysize>x<xsize>.yuv

  where:
    <title> - the title of the sequence
    <zsize> - number of frames in the sequence
    <ysize> - vertical size of the luminance
    <xsize> - horizontal size of the luminance


Available sequences falls into the following categories
  (only <title>s are listed):

  A: Low spatial detail and low amount of movement
    akiyo
    mad (mother & daughter)
    hall (hall monitor)
    container (container ship)

  B: Medium spatial detail and low amount of movement or vice versa
    silent
    foreman
    news
    coastguard

  E: Hybrid natural and synthetic
    weather
    children
    bream
    destruction


The yuv sequences may be viewed with yuvdpy program
  (in the ../bin directory):

    $ yuvdpy -s <ysize>x<xsize> < <filename>
